HOW DOES IT WORK?
Each member of the firm follows a step by step instructions and completes the specially designed and scientifically validated survey.
The survey is confidential, and thus by being transparent and honest, you help yourself and your company to get a realistic picture (Audit) of the various ethical conducts on a day to day basis. This can later lead to a remedial plan to transform the firm to become a more ethical organization and a better place to work.
Before initiating the process and generating the reports, you need to select the language for which the survey and the reports will be produced.
The tool was designed to maintain confidentiality, and the firm will only obtain aggregate reports (i.e. no individual can be identified). Data are contrasted by some ad hoc algorithms that allow each firm to obtain the profile of its dominating ethical conduct and values in action.
